Showpad Excellence In Action Contest
Official Rules

  1. Eligibility:
  • This contest is open to the customers of Showpad NV and Showpad, Inc. (“Customer”), and the Customers’ respective employees, personnel, and representatives who are residents of the United States of American, United Kingdom, or the European Union and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Residents of New York or Florida are not eligible to enter or win. 
  • Employees, personnel, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Showpad NV, or its affiliates and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the contest.   
  • The contest is void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  1. Sponsor:
  • The contest is sponsored by Showpad NV, located at Moutstraat 62, 9000 Ghent, Belgium (together with its affiliates, “Showpad”).
  1. Contest Period:
  • The contest begins on 12:00 a.m., CET, April 16, 2025, and ends on 11:59 p.m., PDT, May 16, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.
  1. How to Enter:

Nominations may be submitted as follows:

  • Showpad Customers may be nominated via the use of a form available on the Showpad website. Visit www.showpad.com/excellence-in-action-2025 and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.
  • Nominees will be notified of their nomination, and must accept the nomination via the submission of an on-line application for the contest emailed to the nominee by Showpad. Showpad must receive the nominee’s acceptance no later than 11:59 p.m., PDT, May 16, 2025.
  • There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
  • Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction, are not eligible for entry and will be disqualified.   
  • Showpad is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win the contest.
  1. Awards:

Showpad will award four (4) individual awards and four (4) company-wide awards (the “Awards”) to Customers and Customer representatives as follows:

Individual Awards:

  1. Enablement Leader of the Year – This award honors a standout enablement leader or program manager who has driven strategic success with Showpad. Their leadership has significantly improved sales effectiveness, content adoption, or training impact.
  1. Sales Leader of the Year – This award recognizes a sales leader who has successfully leveraged Showpad to achieve revenue enablement excellence. Their leadership has contributed to stronger sales performance, improved buyer engagement, and measurable business impact.
  1. Marketing Leader of the Year – This award celebrates a marketing leader who has played a pivotal role in driving enablement and sales alignment success. Their efforts have ensured that sales teams have the right content, insights, and strategies to engage buyers effectively.
  1. Rev Community Champion – This award recognizes an individual who actively shares their enablement success stories, best practices, and insights with the broader revenue enablement community. Their contributions help others learn, grow, and innovate.

Company Awards:

  1. Innovation in Buyer Experience – This award honors a company that is pushing the boundaries with creative and innovative Showpad solutions to elevate the buyer experience. Their efforts have resulted in more engaging, seamless, and effective buyer interactions.
  2. Pioneer in AI-Powered Enablement – This award recognizes a company that has successfully integrated AI into its enablement strategy. By leveraging AI, they have enhanced sales training, content delivery, or buyer engagement in groundbreaking ways.
  1. Rising Star Award – This award celebrates a company that has achieved remarkable results within its first year of using Showpad. Their rapid adoption, strong execution, and measurable impact set them apart as a standout new customer.
  1. Best-in-Class Enablement – This award celebrates a company that has driven measurable success through exceptional seller effectiveness and buyer engagement. The winning organization has demonstrated quantifiable impact on their business, a fast and effective Showpad deployment, and strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and enablement.
  1. Prize(s):
  • A total of eight (8) Award winners (one for each Award category) will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Showpad Excellence in the Field regional roadshow event closest to the winner (Boston or US-based winners, and London or Cologne for EU or UK-based winners), with roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodations provided by Showpad, and attendance at an invitation-only executive dinner. ARV: $1,000.00.
  • All Award winners will receive an exclusive badge in The Rev community and Credly to share on Linkedin as well as a biography entry on Showpad’s “Winners” page and social media “shoutouts”. ARV: $100
  • All Award winners will receive thought leadership opportunities, which may include public speaking opportunities that may include industry events and webinars, guest blog author opportunities, the ability to participate in a case study, video, and/or a spotlight on Showpad’s social media channels. ARV: $100
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Showpad. Showpad reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value. 
  • Showpad reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.   
  • Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with prize receipt and use not specifically set forth herein.   
  1. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • Individuals, including Customer personnel and Showpad personnel, may vote for nominees during a Community Voting Period lasting between approximately May 20 and June 3, 2025.
  • The nominees with the top three highest votes per Award category will enter the Judging Round, to take place for four weeks between approximately June 9 and July 8, 2025
  • The judges for the Judging Round will be Showpad personnel selected at the sole discretion of Showpad.
  • Showpad’s selected judges will review finalists and determine winners using a rubric developed by Showpad.
  • Judges will submit their scorecards and proposed contest winners by July 8, 2025.   
  • The potential winner for each Award category will be notified by email and invited to an Excellence in the Field event by approximately July 9, 2025. Award winners must confirm their attendance at their respective Excellence in the Field events by July 25, 2025.
  • Showpad will announce the Award winners publicly in late July 2025.
  • Showpad’s decisions on all matters related to the contest are binding and final
  • The potential winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) following notification of the Award. If a potential winner fails to return the required documents or information within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.   
  1. Warranties and Odds of Winning
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service providers terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim. For prizes $600 or more in value, the winner’s social security number or taxpayer identification number may be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Prizes consist only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, installation, service activation fees and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 
  1. Publicity:
  • Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to Showpad’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.   
  1. General Conditions:
  • Showpad reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.   
  • Showpad’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.   
  1. Release:
  • By participating, entrants and participants agree to release and hold harmless Showpad and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant’s or participant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.   
  1. Disputes and Limitation of Liability:
  • By entering, entrants and participants agree to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this contest and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct of the contest, rule interpretation, or award of prize shall be submitted to Showpad, whose decision shall be binding and final.
  • Except where prohibited, each entrant and participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, the Awards, or any prize awarded by Showpad shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to the estimated market value of the prize and any costs associated with entering the contest, but shall not in any event include attorneys’ fees.   
  1. Winner List:
  • Showpad will publicly announce the winners of the Awards.
  1. Privacy:
  • Personally identifiable information submitted by entrants and participants will be used to administer the contest, select prize winner, and fulfill prize, and will be treated in accordance with the Showpad Privacy Policy, located at www.showpad.com.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • If for any reason Showpad is prevented from continuing with the contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the contest is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, explosion, labor dispute or strike, pandemic, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, travel restriction, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Showpad shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate contest without further obligation. Showpad additionally reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper functioning of the contest. If Showpad in its discretion elects to so abbreviate the contest, Showpad reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Awards and prizes from among all eligible entries received to date. All entries are the property of Showpad and are not returnable.
  1. Governing Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction:
  • All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Showpad in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois for residents of the United States, and the laws of Belgium for residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction).   
  • Any and all entrants and participants in the contest irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghent, Belgium (for residents of the European Union or United Kingdom) or Cook County, Illinois (for residents of the United States).
